She never came back to ask how things were or if we wanted another drink (like we'd wait for another one!). Mahi was nothing special, and kinda tasteless. Ribs were extremely tough, and almost inedible. Dinner, of course took awhile, but didn't seem as long as the drinks. Good thing I had time to check out the details of the specials menu at the entrance during our waiting because she never mentioned any of the specials! I ordered the mahi on special ($36), husband ordered ribs ($27). She started to walk away when I asked if we could order. She said they could remake it, but I didn't know how long that was going to take, so I kept it. After another lengthy wait, she arrived and one of the drinks (which I asked for on the rocks) came frozen.
After another 5-7 minutes the waitress walked by our table and said 'your drinks are at the bar, I'll be right back'. We assumed this may be due to lack of COVID-related staffing, but it only got worse, without any apologies. before the waitress came to take a drink order and hand us menus. Since there is only one entrance door, we thought we were going to grab food at 5 Bridges BAR, but the hostess said 'how many' and led us into the restaurant.
